Manish was awarded a Bachelor of Architecture degree from BMSCE, Bangalore in 1993 and joined his father late Shri. B.L. Arora, a prominent real estate developer in Delhi. In the following two decades, he expanded UCC Care Pvt. Ltd. into diversified fields such as Senior Living, Agroforestry and Mining. His company, Jumbo Mining Ltd. was recently acquired by IMERYS – one of the largest mining companies in the world. At present, Manish is actively involved in leading a team of professionals who look after diverse business interests. He is also a governing council member of Age Care Foundation – a ‘not-for-profit’ organization – that supports the causes of senior citizens.

Amit started his career as an Architect and ran a successful practice for 15 years. He spearheaded UCC's foray into senior living from 2011 to 2018. He developed and instigated in India the concept of fully serviced senior living facilities. Today Amit is recognized as one of the pioneers in developing an indigenous service delivery model for the senior living industry in the country. He is one of the selected ambassadors for (Commonwealth Association for the Ageing) in India and a board member of ASLI (Association of Senior Living India) the leading elder care industry body of the country. Amit is also passionate about education. He is a governing board member of the Delhi based NGO “Srishti” which works in the field of educating underprivileged children and is also the Vice Chairman of Onam Education Society, which runs educational institutes in his home state of Himachal Pradesh.
