Long Term Stay works on a Security Deposit Model with two options to choose from:decides to leave within the first 2 months from the date of booking.
OPTION A:
Under this option, if the booking is cancelled within 30 days, the entire Security Deposit is refunded. After 30 days 25% of the Security Deposit plus applicable GST is deducted and the balance amount is refunded on vacation of the unit.
