UCC Care Pvt Ltd. was founded in 1986 by prominent New Delhi real estate developer Shri B.L. Arora, and it has been a well-known brand in the sector for more than thirty years. Mr. Manish Arora has been in charge of the business since 1996. We created The Golden Estate, a renowned senior citizen home in Faridabad, as a result of shifting lifestyles, a lack of available housing, and an increasing concern for the safety of older citizens.

Since March 2013, The Golden Estate, a prestigious Faridabad Old Age Home and senior living community, has been running well. CAN I BUY A RESIDENTIAL UNIT AT THE GOLDEN ESTATE?

No, residential units at TGE are available on a security-deposit basis only (for short-term or long-term stays) and involve no purchase of real estate.

DOES TGE PROVIDE ASSISTED LIVING?

Yes, TGE offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living services as part of our trusted Faridabad Old Age Home offerings.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AT TGE?

You fill out an application (via email or office), go through screening and medical examination, choose a unit, and sign an agreement.

BEFORE MOVING IN, CAN I EXAMINE THE LEASE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT?

Yes, you're allowed to review copies of these documents.

CAN I PAY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SUBLET MY UNIT?

No, subletting is not permitted.

WILL THE MONTHLY CHARGES REMAIN THE SAME? WHEN WILL THEY INCREASE?

Recurring costs, including monthly charges, are reviewed and revised periodically, typically on a yearly basis.

HOW AND WHEN WILL THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED?

After vacating the unit and returning documents, the deposit is refunded via account-payee cheque or bank transfer (to you or your nominee) within 21 working days.

IF I STAY ONLY PART OF THE YEAR, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY CHARGES?

Yes. If you're away for more than 30 days, food and consumable charges are waived, but fixed monthly charges still apply.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DOMESTIC HELP?

No — TGE provides all necessary assistance internally.

IS SMOKING OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION PERMITTED?

Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in common areas but allowed inside residential units.

CAN I NOMINATE A CHARITY FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IF I HAVE NO LEGAL HEIRS?

Yes, that is allowed.

CAN I KEEP PETS AT TGE?

No, for the convenience of all the residents, we follow a ‘no-pet’ policy.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT TGE?

No, pets are not permitted.

IS THE FACILITY FOR COUPLES ONLY, OR CAN SINGLES LIVE THERE TOO?

Both singles and couples are welcome.

CAN I HOST A PERSONAL PARTY AT TGE?

Yes, notify the staff one day in advance for assistance with arrangements.

IS THERE WI-FI?

Yes, the facility is Wi-Fi enabled.

IS THE KITCHEN OPEN ROUND-THE-CLOCK?

No, fixed kitchen hours apply, but food services are available 24×7 if needed.

CAN I GET ROOM SERVICE?

Only in medical or special circumstances.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FURNITURE OR PERSONAL ITEMS?

All units are fully furnished, but decorative personal items are allowed.

CAN I MAINTAIN MY OWN CAR? IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, you may, but parking is limited and at the owner's risk.

IF I DON’T OWN A CAR, IS TRANSPORT PROVIDED?

Yes, there’s a tie-up with a car rental agency for 24×7 availability.

WHERE WILL FAMILY OR FRIENDS STAY WHEN THEY VISIT?

Visitors can stay at the TGE guest house.

CAN WE CELEBRATE A SPECIAL OCCASION AT TGE (e.g. 50th anniversary)?

Absolutely, request a special arrangement via the F&B team.

WHAT RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

Facilities include a movie lounge, gym, spa, yoga/meditation area, indoor games, library, and organised social and NGO-related activities.

WHAT MEDICAL FORMALITIES ARE NEEDED BEFORE MOVING IN?

A medical examination is required, as advised by the screening committee.

I AM ON A RESTRICTED DIET (e.g. diabetes). Can TGE accommodate this?

Yes, the food team can tailor meals according to medical dietary needs.

WHAT HEALTHCARE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

First-aid, medical officer during working hours, 24×7 trained medical staff, digital health records, medicine management, and tie-ups with hospitals for emergencies as part of our Elder Care Services in Faridabad.

WHAT SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS EXIST?

High-level security, CCTV surveillance, emergency call points in units and common areas, single gated entry/exit with 24×7 staffing.

ARE ENTRY/EXIT HOURS FIXED?

No, there are no fixed entry or exit hours.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO MOVE IN?

Minimum age requirement is 60 years.

ARE ONLY INDIAN NATIONALS ALLOWED?

No, all nationalities are welcome, with relevant documentation. PIOs require valid permits; foreign nationals need a valid passport and visa.

CAN SOMEBODY WITH MEDICAL DISABILITIES MOVE TO TGE?

Applicants must pass a medical screening and should not:

Have infectious/communicable diseases
